Safety Specialist | Berwick, PA
Responsibilities
- Perform daily site safety inspections and audits.
- Monitor construction activities for compliance with safety requirements.
- Identify hazards and help implement corrective actions.
- Support incident prevention through field presence and safety coaching.
- Participate in safety meetings and project coordination activities.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of construction safety experience.
- Knowledge of excavation, steel erection, rigging, concrete, fall protection, and electrical construction.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Comfortable using computers and project management software.
- Ability to walk a large active construction site daily.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills.
