About the role

Responsible for leading project execution teams in delivering high-quality construction projects on time and within budget. Collaborates closely with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee project planning and execution, ensuring adherence to design specifications and client requirements.
  • Manage project budgets and schedules, coordinating resources and timelines effectively.
  • Communicate regularly with clients and team members to maintain clear understanding of project goals and progress.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations throughout all phases of the project.
  • Facilitate effective communication between project teams and external partners to resolve issues and improve project performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant construction management experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing complex construction projects.
  • Knowledge of local building codes and industry standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

Pay

$80,000 - $95,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work as needed.
