Safety Specialist

About the role

Responsible for leading project execution teams in delivering high-quality construction projects on time and within budget. Works closely with clients to understand project requirements and ensures successful project completion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning and execution, ensuring adherence to project scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Manage project teams, including coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality and meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management or related field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
