About the role
The role of Safety Specialist involves overseeing workplace safety protocols, conducting regular inspections, and implementing measures to prevent accidents and injuries.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and enforce all safety policies and procedures
- Conduct regular safety inspections and hazard assessments
- Develop and implement safety training programs
- Respond to and investigate workplace incidents
- Collaborate with management to improve overall workplace safety
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Occupational Health, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a safety-related role
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and best practices
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- First aid and CPR certification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience with risk assessment and hazard identification

Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually
