Safety Specialist

Responsibilities

• Perform daily yard safety monitoring and equipment inspections.
• Ensure safe handling, storage, and loading of ESS containers.
• Manage DOT/OSHA compliance and maintain updated safety processes.
• Lead safety orientations, monthly training, and toolbox meetings.
• Respond to incidents, conduct investigations, and recommend improvements.
• Oversee PPE usage and safety gear inventory.
• Conduct regular safety audits and maintain compliance records.
• Partner with operations, dispatch, and drivers to support safe workflows.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in safety, Compliance, Logistics, or Yard operations required.
• Knowledge of OSHA & DOT regulations.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors in an unpaved yard environment.
• Professional working proficiency in both Korean and Spanish.

Pay

The base salary range for this role is between $50,000-$65,000 yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
