Job Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, incident reports, training and certification records to ensure compliance with all safety-related regulations.
- Provide guidance to employees on preventing and reducing safety incidents.
- Deliver ongoing safety training to reinforce safe work practices and promote a strong safety mindset across the organization.
- Conduct regular onsite safety audits for both in-house employees and subcontractors.
- Participate in OSHA and other safety certification courses as assigned.
- Support various safety initiatives and perform additional duties as needed.
