Safety Site Manager

Responsibilities

• Conducts regular jobsite safety inspections for a designated large or complex project.
• Communicates a written summary of findings to the appropriate parties, both internally and to other contractors on site.
• Assists in the preparation and presentation of appropriate safety training to team members and managers based on safety needs.
• Conducts new hire safety orientations and facilitates the project-specific onboarding process.
• Works with team members to ensure site treatment and accident investigation protocols are followed in case of an incident on site for designated project.
• Assists with pre-task safety meetings, facilitating managers to ensure all known and potential hazards are addressed.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of site safety experience or 7-10 years construction field experience.
• Experience working on large or complex projects preferred.
• CSP, ASP, CHST, OSHA-30, or OSHA-500 required.
