Safety&Security Officer
Located in Port Jefferson, the St. Charles Campus of Good Samaritan University Hospital combines advanced clinical expertise with a longstanding commitment to compassionate care. Responsibilities
- Patrols the Hospital and grounds
- Monitors visitors, lighting and illegal parking
- Reviews conditions of the parking fields, curbing and sidewalks
- Enforces all security regulations and is part of the Hospital Emergency Management Response Team
- Writes incident reports as required and performs other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Security Officer License in NYS
- Previous experience in Law Enforcement preferred
- Valid Driver's License is required
Pay
Salary Range: USD $25.00 - USD $29.00 per hour. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
