Safety & Security Control Officer
About the role
The Safety & Security Control Officer supports operational duties within the security office, ensuring efficiency and customer service. This role involves supporting patrol officers through various communication methods and maintaining confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Support in handling organizational information and collateral promptly and professionally.
- Ensure proper transmission and execution of assigned duties.
- Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and reputation.
- Knowledgeable of and adhere to all policies and procedures of Big Cedar Lodge.
- Serve as an ambassador to the Safety & Security Department, interacting with guests and providing genuine hospitality.
- Absorb and process Lost & Found items accurately and in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on access control requests and monitor CCTV surveillance feed.
- Proactively maintain necessary skills for job duties.
- Conduct post-shift vehicle inspections and document findings.
Qualifications
- Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
