About the role

Maintain your personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an effective witness for Him.
Understand, develop, and implement an internal safety program for Samaritans Purse.
Ensure OSHA compliance for the staff and volunteers involved in the manufactured homes program.
Cover all safety protocols in regular programming.
Develop and implement a quality control program within the Manufactured Home U.S Rebuild program.
Manage and maintain a Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) tracking system.
Conduct QA/QC audits at each field location.
Conduct continuous QA/QC assessments for program improvement.
Inspect Manufactured Homes before the warranty period expires, and assist families with warranty claims.
Aid Manufactured Home Site Manager/Manufactured Home Foreman with cost-effective, feasible solutions for compliance with QA/QC protocols.
Conduct safety and PROCORE trainings.
Conduct audits of PROCORE to ensure field compliance with required information.
Ensure all vehicles have first aid and appropriate safety equipment.

Requirements

One year certificate from a college or technical school and one (1) to three (3) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to obtain advanced knowledge of PROCORE and be the administrator.
  • Possess strong communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable.
  • Demonstrated ability and desire to train staff.
  • Fluency in written and oral communication in English required.
  • Knowledge of computer systems and its applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions to improve the program.
