Safety, Quality, and Compliance Site Leader

About the role

As a member of Chick-fil-A Supply, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain. You will be responsible for managing inventory levels, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining relationships with suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing waste.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to foster long-term partnerships.
• Monitor supplier performance and address any issues promptly.
• Prepare reports and provide regular updates on inventory status and supplier performance.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in supply chain management or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory management systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of food industry regulations and compliance requirements is beneficial.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $18,000 - $25,000 annually.
