ManagementFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we need to use headings for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Company Overview: description of Moss. That could be "About the role"? Actually "Company Overview" is about the company, not role. The instruction says use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, etc. We can decide to put company overview under "About the role" maybe? Or we could create a section "About the company"? Not in list. The allowed headings are limited to those listed. We should map content to those headings where appropriate. We have: - Position Scope and Organizational Impact: description of role. Could be "About the role". - Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities: list of duties. That's "Responsibilities". - Education And Work Experience: list of qualifications. That's "Qualifications" or "Requirements". Could split: Education And Work Experience as "Qualifications". Also there are skills like "Ability to lead field safety execution..." etc. Those could be "Skills". Also "Working knowledge of: OSHA..." etc could be "Skills" or "Requirements". We need to decide. We have also physical demands etc. That could be part of "Requirements" maybe. We have classification: FULL TIME – EXEMPT – SALARIED. That's about schedule? Actually schedule not given. Pay not given. Benefits not given. So we should not include Benefits, Pay, Schedule sections because no specific content. We have location: MULTI-STATE REQUIRES UP TO 100% TRAVEL. That's maybe schedule? Not exactly. Travel requirement could be under "About the role" or maybe "Requirements". But we should not create a Schedule section unless posting actually states schedule (like shift, hours). Travel is not schedule. So we omit Schedule. We have classification full-time exempt salaried. That could be under "About the role" maybe. We need to avoid boilerplate: equal opportunity employer etc. Remove. We need to preserve all substantive info: company overview, position scope, duties, education/work experience, skills, physical demands, travel requirement, classification. We must not invent or summarize away detail. Must keep details. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to decide which sections to include. Possible sections: - About the role (could include company overview, position scope, classification, location/travel) - Responsibilities (essential duties) - Qualifications (education and work experience) - Skills (working knowledge, abilities, bilingual Spanish, etc.) We should not include Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must ensure we don't create empty sections. Let's extract content. Company Overview paragraph: "Moss is a national privately held construction firm providing innovative solutions resulting in award-winning projects. With regional offices across the United States, Moss focuses on construction management, solar EPC, and design-build. The company’s diverse portfolio encompasses a wide range of sectors, including luxury high-rise residential, landmark mixed-use developments, hospitality, K-12 and higher education, justice, solar energy and battery storage, and sports. Moss is ranked by Engineering News-Record as the nation’s top solar contractor and one of the top 50 general contractors. Moss prides itself on a strong entrepreneurial culture that honors safety, quality, client engagement, and employee development. Its employees consistently rank Moss as one of the best places to work." That's substantive. Position Scope and Organizational Impact: "The Safety Manager, BESS will lead all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) functions at an assigned battery energy storage project site. This role is responsible for implementing and sustaining Moss’s BESS safety programs, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements, and partnering with Operations, Electrical, and Commissioning teams to safely manage high-risk work." That's also about role. Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities: list of duties (many bullet-like sentences). We need to put each as

  • under
. Education And Work Experience: list: - Minimum of 5 years of applicable EHS leadership experience - BS in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent (preferred) - BCSP Certification (minimum CHST) - Experience supporting BESS, solar, substation, or industrial electrical projects strongly preferred. - Working knowledge of: - OSHA 1926 requirements (especially high-risk construction activities) - NFPA 70E fundamentals - LOTO / energy isolation practices - Electrical hazard controls in construction environments - Ability to lead field safety execution, coach teams, and work effectively across operations and subcontractor groups. - Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills. - Proficiency in verbal and written English required; bilingual Spanish preferred. - Ability to travel and work at assigned project locations as needed. Also physical demands etc: "This position requires frequent physical activity in both indoor and outdoor environments, including exposure to varying weather conditions. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach with hands and arms. The employee must be able to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds and may occasionally be required to handle loads exceeding that amount with assistance. The employee may be exposed to moving mechanical parts, elevated work areas, loud noise levels, and extreme temperatures. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this role." That could be under "Requirements" or maybe a separate section but we don't have a heading for physical demands. Could include under "Qualifications" or "Requirements". Since we have Qualifications heading, we can include physical demands there as part of qualifications. Classification: FULL TIME – EXEMPT – SALARIED. Could be under About the role. Location: JOB LOCATION: MULTI-STATE REQUIRES UP TO 100% TRAVEL. Could be under About the role. Now we need to output HTML. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no

      SITE SAFETY MANAGER - BESS

. We need to decide which sections to include. Let's create:

      About the role

Company overview paragraph + position scope + classification + location/travel.

But we need to ensure we don't mix too much; maybe split into two paragraphs. We'll include company overview as first paragraph, then position scope as second paragraph, then classification and location as third. Alternatively, we could have separate sections: About the role (company overview), Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills. But classification and location could be part of About the role. Let's do:

      About the role

Moss is a national privately held construction firm providing innovative solutions resulting in award-winning projects. With regional offices across the United States, Moss focuses on construction management, solar EPC, and design-build. • Lead by influence and collaboration while maintaining accountability to Moss safety expectations.
      • Perform other duties as assigned.
Now Qualifications: We need to include education, experience, certifications, etc. Also physical demands. We could split Qualifications into two sub-sections? But we only have allowed headings. We could put all under Qualifications. Let's list:

      • BS in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent (preferred).
      • BCSP Certification (minimum CHST).
