We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Remove boilerplate. The posting includes: Company Overview (maybe About the role?), Position Scope and Organizational Impact (Responsibilities), Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities (list), Education And Work Experience (Qualifications/Requirements), plus some physical demands, travel, classification, etc. No explicit Benefits, Pay, Schedule given. So we should not create those sections. We need to include sections: About the role (maybe company overview?), Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. But we must not duplicate. Let's parse. Company Overview: description of Moss. Could be "About the role" or maybe "About the company". The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can map: - About the role: could include company overview and position scope? But we also have separate Responsibilities. Probably About the role: brief description of role (position scope). Could combine company overview and position scope? However we need to preserve all substantive info. Let's think: The posting includes "Company Overview" (about Moss) and "POSITION SCOPE AND ORGANIZATIONAL IMPACT" (about role). Then "Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities". Then "Education And Work Experience". Then physical demands, travel, classification, etc. Also "Ability to travel and work at assigned project locations as needed." That's schedule/travel info but not explicit schedule. No pay/benefits. Thus we can create sections: - About the role: include position scope and organizational impact (maybe also company overview? but that's about company). The instruction says "About the role" heading for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities...). So we can put position scope there. - Responsibilities: list of essential job duties. - Requirements: maybe education and work experience (minimum years, degree, certification). Could also include "Working knowledge of..." etc. - Qualifications: maybe certifications, preferred qualifications (BCSP, bilingual Spanish, etc). But we need to avoid duplication. Could combine Requirements and Qualifications? But we need to follow instruction: use headings only when posting has real specific content for it. We have content for both Requirements and Qualifications. Let's separate: Requirements: Minimum of 5 years applicable EHS leadership experience, BS in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent (preferred), BCSP Certification (minimum CHST), Experience supporting BESS, solar, substation, or industrial electrical projects strongly preferred. Qualifications: Working knowledge of OSHA 1926, NFPA 70E fundamentals, LOTO/energy isolation, electrical hazard controls, ability to lead field safety execution, coach teams, work across operations/subcontractor groups, strong organizational/communication/documentation skills, proficiency in verbal/written English required; bilingual Spanish preferred, ability to travel and work at assigned project locations as needed. Skills: maybe the same as qualifications? But we could treat "Skills" as the abilities like leadership, communication, etc. However we already have many. Could combine qualifications and skills? But we need to avoid filler. Perhaps we can have only Requirements and Responsibilities and Skills. But we need to follow instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real specific content for it. It does have content for Requirements (experience, education, certification). It also has content for Qualifications (working knowledge, abilities). It also has content for Skills (maybe leadership, communication). However many of those overlap. To avoid duplication, we could map: - Requirements: education/experience/certification. - Qualifications: working knowledge of specific standards and technical skills. - Skills: soft skills (leadership, communication, organizational, documentation, bilingual preference, travel ability). But we need to ensure we don't repeat same bullet points. Let's extract bullets: From Education And Work Experience: - Minimum of 5 years of applicable EHS leadership experience - BS in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent (preferred) - BCSP Certification (minimum CHST) - Experience supporting BESS, solar, substation, or industrial electrical projects strongly preferred. From "Working knowledge of:" list: - OSHA 1926 requirements (especially high-risk construction activities) - NFPA 70E fundamentals - LOTO / energy isolation practices - Electrical hazard controls in construction environments - Ability to lead field safety execution, coach teams, and work effectively across operations and subcontractor groups. - Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills. - Proficiency in verbal and written English required; bilingual Spanish preferred. - Ability to travel and work at assigned project locations as needed. Also physical demands etc. Could be under Requirements? But it's about physical ability. Could be under Qualifications? Might be better as a separate section? There's no heading for Physical Demands. Not in allowed headings. So we could fold into Qualifications or Skills as a bullet. We also have "Lead emergency response planning..." etc which are responsibilities. Thus we can create sections:

  • Ability to work in varying weather conditions, exposed to moving mechanical parts, elevated work areas, loud noise levels, and extreme temperatures.
We could also add a Skills section but we already covered many skills in Qualifications. To avoid duplication, maybe we omit Skills section. The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications. That's four sections. Good. We must not include Benefits, Pay, Schedule as they are not present. We must not repeat job title as heading. We didn't. We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers. We must remove boilerplate: equal opportunity employer, etc. We removed. Check that we preserved all substantive info: company overview? We omitted company overview details (Moss is a national privately held construction firm...). That's substantive. Should we include it? The About the role section could include company overview as context. The instruction says About the role heading for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities...). It didn't forbid including company overview there. So we can add a paragraph about Moss in About the role before the position scope. Let's incorporate. Thus About the role: include company overview and position scope. Let's craft:

About the role

Moss is a national privately held construction firm providing innovative solutions resulting in award-winning projects. With regional offices across the United States, Moss focuses on construction management, solar EPC, and design-build. The company’s diverse portfolio encompasses a wide range of sectors, including luxury high-rise residential, landmark mixed-use developments, hospitality, K-12 and higher education, justice, solar energy and battery storage, and sports. Moss is ranked by Engineering News-Record as the nation’s top solar contractor and one of the top 50 general contractors. Moss prides itself on a strong entrepreneurial culture that honors safety, quality, client engagement, and employee development. Its employees consistently rank Moss as one of the best places to work.

The Safety Manager, BESS will lead all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) functions at an assigned battery energy storage project site. This role is responsible for implementing and sustaining Moss’s BESS safety programs, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements, and partnering with Operations, Electrical, and Commissioning teams to safely manage high-risk work.

That preserves company overview. Now check for any other substantive info: "This position requires frequent physical activity..." we included in Qualifications as bullet points about lifting, standing, etc. Good. Check for any other: "Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this role." That's boilerplate EEO? It's about accommodations; could be considered EEO but it's a statement about accommodations. Might be considered EEO/legal boilerplate. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. So we should remove that line. We didn't include it. Check for any duplicated lines: we didn't duplicate. Now ensure we didn't
