About the role
We are seeking an experienced Regional Safety Manager to lead Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) initiatives across a multi-state region.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing safety programs, policies, and standards to foster a proactive safety culture focused on prevention and risk reduction.
- Conducting facility and field audits, investigations, and ensuring regulatory compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and other agencies.
- Leading incident investigations, analyzing safety metrics, and preparing reports for leadership and regulatory bodies.
- Designing and delivering safety training, coaching teams, and facilitating safety meetings.
- Partnering with operations to identify improvement opportunities and standardize safety practices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years in safety leadership within manufacturing, construction, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT regulations, and audit and investigation experience.
- Certifications such as CSP, ASP, or CHST are preferred.
- Exceptional communication, training, project management, and influencing skills.
