Compensation OSHA 500-$46 an hour BCSP-$52 an hour 7 days of per diem, mileage and travel time various site locations Overtime The Safety Managers should have an OSHA 500-Train the Trainer and 6 years experience or a CHST/CSP with 5 years/ a BS Degree in EH&S with 3 years of prior experience overseeing commercial or industrial construction sites. Candidates will oversee onsite safety programs and document all safety observations to the Senior Safety Director. Our ideal candidate should be action oriented; assertive; a good communicator; willing to take the initiative to complete a task in an efficient, but safe manner; problem solver; and have a drive to succeed with a high degree of integrity. ResponsibilitiesMonitor and enforce site safety standards to ensure compliance with OSHA ad client specific standardsConduct safety audits, hazmat assessments and incident investigations.Support toolbox talks, safety orientations and field level trainingPossess good verbal and written communications skillsInterface with site personnel and management to promote proactive safety cultureExtensive documentation, organizational and technical writing skillsMaintain accurate records, safety audits and etc. utilizing digital reporting tools.Assumes responsibility of monitoring, updating, and maintaining client’s compliance platform.Requirements:Candidates must have a verifiable OSHA 500 Train the Trainer certification or verifiable CHST/CSP or BS Degree in EH&S Must be highly proficient with and possess certifications for:LOTO, Fall protection, NFPA 70-E, First aid/CPR/AEDProficient in basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Procore or other safety reporting tool).
