Safety Management Systems Advisor

In this role, you will support and enhance Safety Management Systems, Contractor Safety Management programs, and health and safety standards across the enterprise, helping ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and business unit expectations. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to develop, maintain, and improve safety programs, procedures, and processes that help strengthen our safety culture and operational performance. Ready to make a meaningful impact on enterprise-wide safety programs while helping drive continuous improvement across Enbridge's operations.

Responsibilities

• Support Contractor Safety Management programs, including contractor evaluation processes, standards, procedures, and lifecycle management activities.
• Develop, maintain, and improve Safety Management Systems, standards, procedures, forms, and supporting documentation across business units.
• Lead and participate in stakeholder working groups to ensure health and safety requirements are effectively integrated into enterprise programs and processes.
• Provide subject matter expertise on health and safety risk management by interpreting regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and company expectations.
• Manage and support Management of Change (MOC) activities related to safety standards, procedures, and system improvements while ensuring effective communication of updates.
