Key Responsibilities
- Support implementation of EHS policies, procedures, and programs
- Conduct routine safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Assist with incident investigations and corrective action tracking
- Monitor compliance with OSHA, GMP, and company safety standards
- Provide safety training, onboarding support, and toolbox talks
- Track safety metrics and maintain accurate documentation
- Promote hazard reporting and proactive safety behavior across the site
- Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and quality teams
- Assist in emergency response planning and drills
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in EHS, safety, or manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
