You will work closely with project leadership, subcontractors, and field teams to drive safety performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote a proactive safety culture. Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of site health and safety programs
• Partner with project leadership and field teams to maintain high safety standards
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
• Monitor compliance with company policies and OSHA requirements
• Assist with incident investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions
• Deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and employee coaching
• Build strong relationships with employees, subcontractors, and project leadership
• Monitor safety performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Promote a proactive and positive safety culture across the project

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health & Safety, or a related discipline preferred
• 0-3 years of EHS/Safety experience within construction
• OSHA 30 required; ASP, CSP, or similar certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work effectively with field teams and project leadership
