Responsibilities

• Ensure that all facilities comply with vital Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental (EOSH) systems, adhering to esteemed ISO standards such as 9001, 14001, and 45001
• Collaborate closely with the QSE Manager to ensure alignment with Coca-Cola North America and Keurig-Dr. Pepper's safety governance
• Represent the company during compliance audits with regulatory agencies like OSHA and the EPA
• Manage critical data and prepare reports, including accident reports, OSHA logs, and Tier II submissions
• Ensure every process is backed by a robust risk-based assessment system
• Educate and train employees
• Lead the Safety Committee
• Implement proactive measures for incident prevention
• Contribute to a continuous improvement mindset that enhances workplace safety and operational excellence

Qualifications

• One to three years of compliance or safety management experience
• Background in beverage industry policy and procedures (highly desirable)
• Familiarity with ISO standards, particularly ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 (preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Proficiency in basic to advanced computer skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent will be considered
