Safety Coordinator

What You’ll Do

• Carry out jobsite safety inspections and audits across multiple states.
• Identify hazards, enforce safety standards, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with field supervisors and project managers to enhance safe work practices.
• Lead safety meetings, toolbox talks, and on-site training sessions.
• Support incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Track and report safety metrics, trends, and improvement plans.
• Affirm compliance with OSHA and company safety policies.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of safety procedures and programs.
• Build strong working relationships with technicians, pipefitters, welders, and leadership.
• Promote a proactive safety culture across all divisions.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 3 years of construction or industrial safety experience (preferably in refrigeration, mechanical, or industrial trades).
• Thorough understanding of OSHA regulations.
• OSHA 30 certification (OSHA 500 or CHST certification preferred).
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to address issues promptly.
• Strong observational skills and the capability to manage multiple active jobsites.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital reporting tools.
• Self-motivated, professional, and consistent behavior.
