Safety Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Safety Coordinator for our growing concrete and construction operations. This position supports and promotes a safe and compliant work environment for all employees, subcontractors, and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the implementation and enforcement of company safety policies
• Ensure OSHA compliance
• Develop and deliver training programs
• Conduct incident investigations
• Perform field safety inspections
• Work closely with project managers, superintendents, and field personnel to reduce risk and maintain a strong safety culture across all operations
