Description Job Summary This positions needs to be courteous and professional at all times as they will be communicatingwith internal and external personnelData Entry and tracking of allline meetings, daily PPEverification's, safetyobservations, training status, hearing tracking , and investigation reports)Log and trend all Safety Observation formsLog and maintain all Safety Training material (Including chemical specific, machine specific, affected – annual training,Maintain and update Safety Communications throughout the facilityAssist with assorted special projects.Daily work tasks are rather structured with deviations occurring only when special projects are required to be completed. A Successful Candidate Must Have The Following Qualifications. Strong leadership skillsHave Safety as a top priorityExperience in an industrial setting Ability to multi-task in a fast paced atmosphere Strong Beef Manufacturing Background preferredStrong computer skills. The successful candidate must be able to work some Saturdays during times of increased beef production. Experience / Qualifications Microsoft Office proficient preferred Leadership skills Food Safety Knowledge Able to multi-task Communication skills Attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent People skills Ability to work a flex work schedule including weekends when necessary EOE/M/F/Vet/Disabled
