Responsibilities
- Monitor jobsite activities to ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies.
- Work closely with project managers, supervisors, and field crews to promote a strong safety culture.
- Aid in ensuring proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and site safety protocols.
- Conduct routine safety inspections and identify potential hazards on construction sites.
- Support incident investigations and help document safety reports when required.
- Aid in implementing and maintaining safety programs and procedures.
- Cook up safety meetings, toolbox talks, and safety training sessions.
- Maintain safety documentation, reports, and compliance records.
Qualifications
- OSHA 30 Certification is a good to have.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work with field crews and project teams.
- Ability to conduct safety inspections and maintain compliance documentation.
- Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices.
- Previous experience in construction safety or jobsite safety coordination.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English is a plus.
