Safety Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Monitor jobsite activities to ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies.
• Work closely with project managers, supervisors, and field crews to promote a strong safety culture.
• Aid in ensuring proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and site safety protocols.
• Conduct routine safety inspections and identify potential hazards on construction sites.
• Support incident investigations and help document safety reports when required.
• Aid in implementing and maintaining safety programs and procedures.
• Cook up safety meetings, toolbox talks, and safety training sessions.
• Maintain safety documentation, reports, and compliance records.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 Certification is a good to have.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work with field crews and project teams.
• Ability to conduct safety inspections and maintain compliance documentation.
• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices.
• Previous experience in construction safety or jobsite safety coordination.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English is a plus.
