Safety & Compliance Program Coordinator

About the Role

The Field Safety & Compliance Program Owner develops, implements, and continuously improves safety programs across multiple locations to ensure compliance with OSHA, company policies, and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Standardize safety processes, conduct audits, inspections, and incident investigations to prevent recurrence.
• Lead safety training programs, manage safety documentation, and ensure compliance across sites.
• Coordinate safety efforts, facilitate communication, and share best practices across locations.
• Review safety performance, manage metrics, and report findings to leadership.
• Conduct OSHA and company inspections, maintain safety data sheets, and oversee hazardous chemical compliance.
• Promote a proactive safety culture focused on accountability and injury prevention.
• Participate in project safety assessments and ensure safety integration in operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of safety and compliance experience, with knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and compliance systems.
• Preferred certifications include CSP and OSHA 10/30.
• Experience with customer compliance platforms and field service environments is a plus.
• Ability to work in varied environments, lift up to 50 lbs, and wear PPE.
• Willingness to travel locally and occasionally out-of-state.

No direct reports; reports to site leadership and regional safety management.
