Responsibilities

  • Administer and audit Safety and Compliance processes and procedures to ensure adherence to DOT and FMCSR regulations.
  • Update CDLs, DOT physicals, MVRs, and CA Pull Notices (CA employees only) within Infinium and DQ files on an ongoing basis.
  • Research issues with received documentation.
  • Open and route incoming mail, answer correspondence, and prepare outgoing mail.
  • Provide training to new Safety/Compliance personnel.
  • Prepare statistical data, compile records and reports for leadership, and maintain/update spreadsheets.
  • Record orders for merchandise or service and verify billing accuracy.
  • Follow up with Operations personnel to ensure safety training and disciplinary actions are carried out per company policy.
  • Perform audits of scanned Driver Qualification (DQ) files.
  • Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that facilitates business success.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
  • Audit California Pull roster (for CA employees only).

Requirements

  • 1 year of safety/compliance experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong attention to detail, motivated, and self-starter.
