Safety Companion
Responsibilities
- Provides continuous, attentive observation of assigned patients to maintain their safety.
- Performs light patient care tasks, such as repositioning, ambulation assistance, bathing, feeding, and other activities of daily living.
- Documents relevant information in the patient record.
- Communicates effectively with the care team to promote seamless, high-quality care.
Qualifications
- Licensure/ Certification: CPR - BLS (within 90 days of onboarding)
- Other Skills/ Knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software; strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
- Preferred Qualifications: High School Diploma/ GED; 1 year work experience in a service industry
Pay
Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. The expected pay range for this position is $17.66 - $19.63/hour.

This is an Hourly position.
