Safety Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Support workers’ compensation claims and accident investigations.
• Aid in safety policies, inspections, and audits.
• Track and report safety data, incidents, and training.

Additional Duties

• Maintain company compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations.
• Offer administrative support, such as data entry and recordkeeping.

General Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in safety, compliance, or related fields.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement in learning.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and showcase the ability to take initiative, value collaboration, and become highly adaptable.
• Ability to quickly learn new applications, software, and dashboards as adopted and used within the company.
• Active driver’s license and approval on company’s insurance.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds without assistance as needed.
