Safety And Training Specialist - 250 Day

About the role

This position shall be responsible for assisting in all aspects of Safety, and Training of employees within the Facilities Department. In consultation with Risk, Safety, and Environmental Department, Human Resources Department, and Professional Development this position will serve as the clearinghouse for all safety programs and training for Facilities Department staff and will fill the lead role for safety management within the department.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of Safety and Training for employees within the Facilities Department.
• Work closely with Risk, Safety, and Environmental Department, Human Resources Department, and Professional Development to manage safety programs and training.
• Serve as the central point of contact for safety-related matters within the Facilities Department.
• Fulfill the lead role in managing safety initiatives and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
