About the role

We are partnering with a growing manufacturing organization to identify a Safety & Training Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Lead safety programs, training, and compliance initiatives across manufacturing and warehouse operations
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and workplace safety standards through audits, reporting, and process improvements
  • Manage workplace incidents, workers’ compensation processes, and safety investigations
  • Cook up employee safety training, onboarding, and compliance programs
  • Coordinate emergency preparedness, safety committees, ergonomic assessments, and risk mitigation efforts
  • Pearl with leaders to improve workplace safety performance and employee awareness

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of safety experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial environment
  • Bilingual Spanish/English required; additional language skills a plus
  • Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and compliance practices
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems preferred
