About the role

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. Responsibilities

• Design automated enforcement systems and scalable workflows with high accuracy
• Develop evals for measuring model performance and guiding policy improvements
• Collaborate with Engineering and Data Science to enhance detection and enforcement systems
• Review flagged content to inform enforcement decisions and identify policy gaps
• Utilize real enforcement scenarios to provide structured feedback on policy design
• Create enforcement guidelines and documentation for consistent content management
• Monitor emerging threats and apply insights to improve workflows and evals

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in policy enforcement or related fields with exposure to harmful content and violent extremism
• Proven track record in establishing and scaling enforcement or content review workflows
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools to monitor enforcement workflows
• Ability to identify emerging risks and communicate findings across diverse teams
• Experience with generative AI products, focusing on content review and enforcement
