About the role

This position supports construction management services across building construction, remodeling, roofing, and security systems/fire alarm installation projects. Work involves commercial and institutional buildings, with a focus on surveillance, access control, and loss prevention systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate construction and remodeling projects from planning through completion
• Oversee roofing services and security system installations including CCTV, surveillance, and access control
• Perform project administration and documentation control
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes

Requirements

• Experience in construction management or related field
• Knowledge of commercial and institutional building practices
• Familiarity with security systems, fire alarms, and access control installations
• Strong project administration and organizational skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Effective communication and team coordination abilities

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing construction or remodeling projects
• Experience with roofing systems and installation methods
• Understanding of loss prevention and surveillance system integration
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Relevant certifications or trade licenses preferred
