Safe Schools Assistant

Qualifications

• High School diploma
• 5 years of Law enforcement experience (preferred)
• Supervisor experience (preferred)
• Experience in developing and evaluating safety protocols
• Experience in emergency response training
• Strong interpersonal skills – ability to work effectively with administrators, teachers, support staff, community agencies, and members
• Able to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Able to take direction, criticism, and work as a team or independently
• Must meet all health, physical, and background checks
• Demonstrate professionalism and confidentiality
• Strong written, verbal, and technology skills
