SAFe Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage IT projects with at least 2+ years of experience in Scaled Agile framework (SAFe) environment.
• Show proven experience in technical project management, ideally within a software development or IT environment.
• Show deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and a track record of successful Agile project delivery.
• Work with agile dashboards to track metrics for complex technical initiatives.
• Drive end-to-end project management of complex technical initiatives, from conception to deployment, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and meeting high-quality standards.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, etc.), foster a collaborative team environment, and remove roadblocks to ensure smooth project execution.
• Partner effectively with diverse stakeholders across the organization, including product managers, engineers, IT, and business leaders, to align project goals and ensure successful outcomes.
• Understand and advocate for employee needs, gather feedback, and translate insights into actionable project requirements.
• Demonstrate proficiency in common workplace productivity tools and stay up-to-date with emerging technologies.
• Provide clear and concise project updates to stakeholders, create comprehensive documentation, and track key performance indicators.

Requirements

• Show 5+ years of experience managing IT projects.
• Show at least 2+ years of experience in Scaled Agile framework (SAFe) environment.
• Show 5+ years of experience in technical project management, ideally within a software development or IT environment.
• Show deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and a track record of successful Agile project delivery.
• Show experience working with agile dashboards to track metrics.
• Show excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Show proactive, independent, and results-oriented qualities, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Show strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for finding innovative solutions to complex challenges.
• Show dedication to delivering exceptional employee experiences through technology.

Qualifications

• Show certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or similar certifications.
• Show SAFe Agilist (SA) or SAFe practitioner certification.
• Show experience with software development or IT infrastructure.
