Saddle Expert / Sales Representative - Colorado (Devoucoux)

Devoucoux has promoted the horse‑rider partnership since 1985. Our saddles and accessories, crafted in Pays Basque, involve six specialized trades. We combine cutting, preparing, assembling, and stitching to achieve elegance and comfort. Embracing innovation, we integrate technology with craftsmanship, ensuring our products, like D3D panels and vegetal leather, remain top‑tier. Devoucoux is currently looking for an Equine Outside Sales Representative for the territory of Colorado, Wyoming, Utah and New Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Work in outside sales as a saddle fitting specialist, in direct contact with equine professionals, applying your sales talents and passion for the equine world.
• Become the most talented technical advisor within your territory.
• Develop and manage your customer base independently (amateurs, trainers, pro‑riders, barns).
• Represent Devoucoux at horse shows.
• Create a unique experience for clients through your knowledge and best‑in‑class customer service.

Requirements

• Prior successful field sales experience is a plus; additional sales training will be provided.
• Clean driving record and readiness to hit the road.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills; independent and dynamic.
• Passionate rider with an understanding of the English riding industry and horse shows.

Pay

• Year 1: Potential of $55 K (base + unlimited commission).
• Year 2: Potential of $65 K–$85 K (base + unlimited commission).
• Year 3: Potential of $75 K–$125 K (base + unlimited commission).
• Salary description: up to $55,000 includes base + commissions.
