About the role

This 6-month contract based in Atlanta, GA focuses on AI transformation for HR using Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud (HCM). The role involves leading Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, designing AI-powered HR solutions, and enhancing workforce planning through analytics and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, particularly Core HR, Payroll, and Talent Management.
• Design and deploy AI-powered HR solutions to enhance employee experiences using technologies like Oracle AI Agents and Digital Assistants.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, configure workflows, and ensure compliance.
• Develop dashboards and analytics solutions for workforce planning and predictive HR analytics.
• Analyze HR operations to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions using tools like Automation Anywhere and Power Automate.
• Develop and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP APIs, and other technologies.
• Mentor junior consultants and support change management activities.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud modules, with strong expertise in Core HR, Payroll, and Talent Management.
• Proficiency in AI technologies such as Oracle AI Agents, Digital Assistants, and conversational AI.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP APIs, and automation tools like Automation Anywhere and Power Automate.
• Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL for data management.
• Familiarity with HR analytics, predictive workforce planning, and HR business processes.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills for effective stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Oracle HCM Cloud Certification is preferred.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI and OCI AI Services is beneficial.
• Knowledge of integrating Oracle HCM with applications like Workday and Salesforce is a plus.
• Exposure to industry environments like Healthcare or Financial Services is advantageous.
• Experience with CA Automic Workload Automation and Enterprise Tools & Learning Technologies is desirable.
