About the role

As an Associate Optometrist at LensCrafters, you will work within the practice of a LensCrafters Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor. You will provide high-quality optometric care and service to patients, working under the professional autonomy and full scope of practice agreed upon with the Subleasing Doctor.

Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive eye examinations and prescribe appropriate lenses and treatments. - Maintain and enhance patient relationships through personalized care and communication. - Collaborate with the practice team to ensure seamless patient care. - Adhere to established protocols and guidelines for patient safety and care.

Requirements

- Current Florida Optometry license. - Completion of an accredited optometry program. - At least one year of post-graduate experience in optometry. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
