Skill Requirements

Experience

• 10+ years of SAP PP/MRP experience in complex manufacturing environments, with hands-on ECC and S/4HANA configuration expertise
• Demonstrated experience supporting live SAP ECC production planning operations while preparing for or executing an S/4HANA migration
• Practical exposure to PP/DS concepts (ECC add-on, embedded S/4HANA, or design-level experience), including finite scheduling and capacity constraints
• Experience leading or contributing to SAP transformation or major enhancement projects
• Experience working in Agile or SAFe-based delivery models
• Strong background in regulated manufacturing environments (medical device, life sciences, or similar)

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or equivalent combination of education and experience
