Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end S&OP/SIOP process, aligning demand and supply plans, resolving gaps, and driving consensus across stakeholders to meet service, inventory, and financial targets.
- Oversee supply chain operations across plants, tolling, and imports, ensuring effective execution, schedule adherence, and optimized production, distribution, and logistics performance.
- Own inventory and working capital management, proactively managing DIO, aging, and service levels while driving improvements against OTIF and NPS targets.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and planning by converting demand forecasts into supply plans, coordinating with manufacturing, logistics, and global partners, and resolving supply/demand imbalances.
- Champion continuous improvement and strategic initiatives, including digitalization, process optimization, cost savings, and development of business cases to enhance supply chain performance and scalability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a technical field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 6–8 years of hands-on supply chain planning experience in a multi-site, global manufacturing environment; chemical or batch manufacturing experience highly desirable.
- Strong systems expertise, including ERP and data warehouse tools (SAP highly preferred), with experience in supply chain optimization systems and Power BI dashboards preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of supply chain planning, inventory management, and project management methodologies, with proven ability to drive execution and results.
- Advanced technical and leadership skills, including proficiency in Excel, experience with transportation systems preferred, and prior supervisory or team leadership experience a plus.
