About the role

Always Compassionate Health is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to support clients throughout Westchester County and New York City. We are committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business, and caring is at the heart of everything we do for both our clients and our caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
• Support activities of daily living (ADLs) as outlined in the care plan
• Provide medication reminders
• Assist with ambulation and mobility (inside and outside the home)
• Accompany clients to appointments or on walks
• Prepare meals
• Perform light housekeeping
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities

Requirements

• NY State HHA or PCA certification required
• Passion for caring for adult, elderly, or pediatric clients
• Strong communication skills
• English proficiency
• Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor
• Physical, Quantiferon or 2 PPDs within one year and MMR titers
