RYA Operations Agent

Responsibilities

• Dispatch flights according to company flight release parameters
• Uphold Ryan Air’s safety standards
• Coordinate with the Maintenance department in scheduling aircraft
• Accept, file and close out Company flight plans
• Keep the Director of Operations informed
• Initiate, follow or cancel a flight for the Company in accordance with FAR PART 135.77 under the direction of the Director of Operations
• Be trained in accordance with the applicable section of the approved Company Training Manual
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree
• Prior applicable experience preferred
• Associate’s degree or higher preferred
• Aircraft Dispatcher Certificate preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Pass a 10-year TSA Background check to obtain a SIDA Badge
• Pass a security background check
• Pass a DOT/FAA drug test and subject to random testing
