RxO - Distribution Data Clerk (3rd Shift)

The Distribution Clerk III (Distribution Data Clerk) supports the team in meeting daily goals set by the Distribution Manager and team leader. Key responsibilities include:

1. Restocking returned product into inventory.
2. Performing inventory control cycle counting.
3. Maintaining a clean and safe work area.
4. Identifying quality, process, and workflow problems.
5. Using SAP or AS/400 information systems to obtain relevant information and research.
6. Ensuring accurate evaluation of the product is keyed into the system.
7. Communicating with leadership team about problems, suggestions, and concerns.
8. Working on special projects as needed.

Preferred qualifications include:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of distribution experience.
• Excellent mathematical aptitude and numerical recognition.
• Strong data entry and keyboarding skills.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Basic knowledge of computers.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to work in a stand/walk position for up to 10 hours.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to produce consistently high-quality work.
