RxO - Distribution Data Clerk (2nd Shift)

The Distribution Clerk III (Distribution Data Clerk) supports the team in achieving daily goals set by the Distribution Manager and team leader. Key responsibilities include:

1. Restocking returned product into inventory.
2. Performing inventory control cycle counting.
3. Maintaining a clean and safe work area.
4. Identifying quality, process, and workflow problems.
5. Using SAP or AS/400 information systems to obtain and research relevant information.
6. Accurately evaluating products and keying them into the system.
7. Communicating with leadership about issues, suggestions, and concerns.
8. Assisting with special projects as needed.

Qualifications include:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of distribution experience.
• Excellent mathematical aptitude and numerical recognition.
• Strong data entry and keyboarding skills.
• Basic knowledge of computers.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to work in a stand/walk position for up to 10 hours.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional planning and organizational skills.

Preferred qualifications include:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with client-specific requirements.
