About the Role
RWS Global is seeking high-energy Costume Characters for LEGOLAND® Florida in Winter Haven, Florida. This role involves performing in full-body costumes for the Daily Park Opening Moment, Character Meet & Greets, and Hotel Events. Performers may work in both the theme park and hotel locations, supporting family-focused programming and creating interactive experiences for guests.
Responsibilities
- Perform as a costumed character in a full-body costume (like a mascot)
- Serve as a character sidekick, assisting during meet-and-greets, being the voice for the character, and engaging with guests
- Support hotel events such as character meet-and-greets, hosting games, leading dance parties, and reading during Storytime
- Maintain high energy while interacting with children and families
- Work in various indoor and outdoor climates, wearing a full character costume for up to 30 minutes at a time
Requirements
- Must be between 5'1" and 5'5"
- Must be local to Winter Haven, Florida or surrounding area
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have weekend availability
- Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Pay
$15.50 per hour
Schedule
Part-time, approximately 6-8 hours per shift between 9:00am and 9:00pm, typically 2-3 days a week (including at least 1 weekend day)
