RWJBarnabas Health is seeking Day‑Time Hospitalists for full‑time employment at Jersey City Medical Center (JCMC). JCMC is an academic site with an internal medicine residency program that allows residents to work closely with the multidisciplinary team, including the hospitalist division. New staff must meet the high standards of health set by the medical staff, hospital administration, and the Board of Trustees. RWJBarnabas Health is New Jersey’s largest integrated health care delivery system, serving over three million patients annually through 12 acute‑care hospitals, 3 children’s hospitals, and a growing network of outpatient facilities and physician practices. Requirements
- American Board of Internal Medicine or American Board of Family Medicine certification
- Active New Jersey medical license or eligibility for licensure in New Jersey
- Open to new graduates and experienced physicians

Pay
The anticipated salary range for this position is $365,000 to $395,000 per year. The actual compensation offered will depend on the candidate’s educational background, skills, and professional experience.
