About the Role
The largest integrated healthcare system in New Jersey, RWJBarnabas Health, and Children’s Specialized Hospital are seeking dynamic board-certified/board-eligible Developmental Behavioral Pediatricians to join their team at locations throughout New Jersey. With over 15 locations, Children’s Specialized Hospital is actively expanding its services and requires dedicated physicians eager to treat the full-scope of developmental and behavioral pediatric needs, while exploring innovative care models to improve access and maintain quality.
Responsibilities
As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will support patients and their families including child & adolescent psychiatrists, physiatrists, psychologists, audiologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech therapists, social workers, and pediatricians. You will also partner with families to make innovative therapies and medical treatments more personalized and effective so each child can reach their full potential.
Requirements
- Fellowship trained in Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics
- NJ licensed or eligible for licensure
Qualifications
- Experience in treating the full-scope of developmental and behavioral pediatric needs
- Ability to explore innovative care models to improve access and maintain quality
- Strong collaboration skills with other members of the multidisciplinary team
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of current best practices in developmental and behavioral pediatrics

Pay
The anticipated salary range for this position if hired to work is $200,000 to $290,000 per year. The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate’s educational background, skills, and professional experience.
