Responsibilities

  • Set strategic direction for the Central region aligned to company objectives
  • Drive regional growth by managing distribution and expanding agent coverage
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience
  • Provide leadership and oversight on regional strategy and regulatory compliance
  • Manage team performance against sales plans and targets
  • Align resources based on organizational priorities for accountability
  • Perform up to 50% travel across the Central region

Qualifications

  • 15 years of sales experience, preferably in retail payments
  • In-depth understanding of financial products and services
  • Experience managing a P&L and analyzing financial data
  • Proven ability to develop pricing strategies
  • Proactive sales mindset with demonstrated sales drive
  • Sales management experience, including performance indicators
  • Strong go-to-market skills including pricing and prospecting

Pay

$210,000 – $250,000 annually
