Responsibilities
- Set strategic direction for the Central region aligned to company objectives
- Drive regional growth by managing distribution and expanding agent coverage
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience
- Provide leadership and oversight on regional strategy and regulatory compliance
- Manage team performance against sales plans and targets
- Align resources based on organizational priorities for accountability
- Perform up to 50% travel across the Central region
Qualifications
- 15 years of sales experience, preferably in retail payments
- In-depth understanding of financial products and services
- Experience managing a P&L and analyzing financial data
- Proven ability to develop pricing strategies
- Proactive sales mindset with demonstrated sales drive
- Sales management experience, including performance indicators
- Strong go-to-market skills including pricing and prospecting
