About the role

Experienced RV Technicians earn $30–$45 per hour flat rate plus production bonuses. We also welcome professionals from related industries—HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, mechanical repair, maintenance, automotive repair, or appliance service—to apply.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide variety of RV systems
• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance, slide-out, roofing, structural, and other RV systems
• Complete repairs accurately and efficiently
• Manage repair orders in a production-based environment
• Deliver quality workmanship and strong productivity
• Work independently while contributing to a team

Requirements

• Professional RV repair and service experience (or equivalent experience in automotive, diesel, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, or mechanical maintenance)
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs accurately and efficiently
• Dependability, safety-mindedness, and commitment to excellent service
• RVTI, manufacturer, or other relevant technical certifications (preferred)
