RV Service Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive diagnostic testing, repairs, and maintenance on RVs, including electrical, appliance, carpentry, and plumbing systems.
• Install and upgrade accessories and components, transforming RVs into dream machines.
• Collaborate with the service department to obtain work authorizations and factory approvals for warranty repairs.
• Keep track of materials and equipment used, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in every job.
• Deliver a stellar pre-delivery inspection experience, providing walk-through demonstrations that leave customers in awe.

Qualifications

• A seasoned pro in RV construction, systems, and components.
• Unparalleled diagnostic and repair abilities across a wide range of RV systems and components.
• An impeccable attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• A professional appearance and presence that makes a lasting impression.
• A commitment to exceptional customer service that shines through in all interactions.
• A strong understanding of technical manuals and diagrams, able to read and interpret them with ease.
• A valid driver's license clear of suspensions for 3+ years.
• Must successfully pass a background and drug screen.
• ASE/RVIA certifications are a plus.

About the Role

National Indoor RV Centers (NIRVC) is an industry-changing motorhome service facility with facilities in Lewisville, Texas, and four other locations: Atlanta, Las Vegas, Nashville, and Phoenix. We are on the fast track to success and are seeking exceptional Service Technicians to fuel our growth.

Pay

Earn up to $50 per flat rate hour, with a chance to pocket an additional $6 bonus per billed hour. High performers can cash in on a bonus worth over $6000!

Schedule

Your schedule will primarily consist of working in the service shop, where you'll work your magic. Be prepared for extended periods of standing, walking, and bending. Heavy equipment or objects may need your strength to be lifted or moved.
