Customer Service Intake
- Greet customers, document concerns, and create accurate repair orders.
Service Coordination
- Work closely with technicians to ensure timely and correct repairs.
Estimate Preparation
- Provide clear and accurate parts and labor estimates.
Status Communication
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
Warranty Support
- Assist with warranty claims and required documentation.
Parts Collaboration
- Coordinate with the parts department to source needed components.
Quality Review
- Verify completed work orders and ensure customer satisfaction.
Record Management
- Maintain organized and compliant service documentation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- One year of dealership experience is preferred.
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
Pay & Benefits
- Compensation is based on experience and skill. This is a salary plus commission position.
- Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, talk, and hear.
- Occasionally required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Must regularly lift/move up to 25 lbs and occasionally 100+ lbs.
