Responsibilities
- Aid customers in making informed purchasing decisions
- Select and recommend units based on customer needs and towing requirements
- Sell new and used RVs, including additional value-added options
- Present deals to the sales manager and follow up with clients daily
- Create preliminary appraisals for used vehicles
- Master all RV categories: tent trailers, fifth wheels, trailers, and luxury motorhomes
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record
- Proficient in computers
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Aptitude for business math
- Knowledgeable in the sales process and desire to succeed

Pay
Competitive commission-based pay plan. Salary is uncapped.
